It lists all patented inventions ... both UK-registered and international.
Some time ago L&SWL members kindly helped me to locate one of my McQuinn relatives ... curiously, he'd described himself as an "inventor" on the 1901 census return, and I was completely baffled as to what he may have invented. Well, just this week I located his inventions (between 1896 and 1928) on the above website simply by typing his name into the search box at the very top of this page:

There is also an excellent (free) facility for down-loading the original document/s.
