I saw this site in a magazine. It is currently down due to high usage and has been for a few days, but could be a useful addition.

The website is still accessible, but not the actual map "Due to high demand, we are experiencing technical difficulties. We hope to get the map back up and running as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience."
It has been like that for about 10 days now.
