Liverpool death records
Some time ago, I managed to find a relative's 2005 Liverpool death record on an online index. Since then, I have forgotten how I found it and would be grateful for any suggestions as to how I might find it again!
Thanks.

The only one in 2005 in Merseyside is
Joseph Kenneth McCabe born 12 April 1922, died July 2005 age 83 Sefton North Reference 77A 034/1A Entry No. 123

Yes, they are the details you will need if you wish to order the certificate.
Register Number 77A
District and Subdistrict 034/1A
Entry Number 123
Don't forget that the birth date wasn't provided by Joseph himself, needs double checking to ensure that whoever registered the death actually knew the accuracy of the information they were providing.
Although if he were born in Chapel-Le-F, then it's probably correct.
