Australian advice needed 2009

Hi all

this might be in the wrong place

I have heared that a uncle that I never met, died in Feb 2009, not far from where the fires were, nothing to do with the fires

is there a newspaper on line that I could check ( I have no contact details with his family,) his name was Patrick KELLY born cirr 1932 Liverpool to Thomas Kelly and Sarah Ann Hughes (nee Macdonald) her 1st husbrand died 1930

I know this is a long shot, but I'll would like to get in touch with his family, not sure when he went south, before 1961 as he isn't on my mums wedding photos (thats what i remember my mum saying)

I cannot believe I could find a Patrick Kelly leaving Lpool for Aus between 1945 to 1960 in findmypast!!

There is a site in Australia called the Ryerson Index which is a comparatively new address which lists details of deaths and funerals, mainly on the East Coast of OZ eg Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Canberra, The address is below.

There is one Patrick Kelly listed who died in February 2009 aged 75 ie dob 1934. If you think this may be the person you are looking for let me know and I will contact the newspaper for you as it is only a small newspaper published in a place called Woy Woy just north of Sydney.
