I have the Census maps at home, but am at a relatives at present.

Could sks please do a look up for Me (trying to help a rootschat newby).

Here is what they posted:

Please can anyone help me with locating the exact location for Walkers Court, on Porter Street in Liverpool in about 1850? I know that Porter Street ran approx north to south from Great Howard St to Regent Rd/Waterloo Rd, but I'm trying to find exactly on Porter St, Walkers Court was. Does anyone know if it was nearer the Great Howard St end or the Regent/Waterloo Rd end? I'd be very grateful for any help,

Is this any help?
On the 1851 census Walkers Court is listed between 50 and 56 Porter Street.
HO107 - Piece: 2177 - Folio: 253 - Page 41

According to a street view on Google #6 is at the Great Howard Street end, on the right. So #s 50 and 56 were at the other end.

Here's a bit more from an old Ordnance Survey map. You can make out the Courts, including the ones at the Waterloo Road end.
