Garner/Corns marriage 1880... RESOLVED!

Following on from the successful outcome to my Garner baptisms topic, now looking for this marriage for details of fathers etc, and the page image if possible.

Marriage: GARNER, Thomas married CORNS, Ellen at St. John The Baptist Church, Toxteth Park.
Registration district: West Derby
Year of registration: 1880; Quarter of registration: Oct-Nov-Dec
Volume no: 8B; Page no: 689

Senna oooooooh!!

We have a member of the Help Desk with the surname Corns, I'm sure she says it isn't very common, I wonder if there is a connection. Expect to see her tomorrow, will mention it to her.

I bet he always carries a roll of pigeon-sized Andrex just in case! Or does he just pass in the night?
