Does anybody have any information on,Halsall's Charity,Lathom,Lancashire.

I have found it on the 1841 census and wondered what sort of establishment it was.

Wondering if it had anything to do with the Catherine Halsall charity, Catherine born in the IOM and lived in Great Crosby.
