1891 census help please

Is there a simple way of finding the occupants of a property in Jacob Street, Toxteth Park, in 1891? I have seen the recent thread but it seems to apply only to earlier years.
Thanks

If needed

Alexander Clotworthy,
RG12; Piece: 2930; Folio: 14; Page: 21

will get you into Jacob Street.

For 1891 I usually Google the Street name and area, Jacob St, Liverpool, 1891, normally something will turn up with the census reference number.

Always ask, somebody will probably be able to do a streetname search.

There used to be street indexes available on the National Archives, but when I asked how to get back into them after their archiving, the links seem to have since been again removed - the NA don't seem to think these are used.

Thanks again. I found the street by the suggested method, but no clues to the couple I hoped to find.
They were married in 1892, both giving address of 29 Jacob Street. Names: Dunn and Pearce.

Tina: if you could see if anything matches I would be grateful.

Mary, thanks but so far those names do not connect with anything I have. I'll keep a note for reference.
Tina, thanks also, but I have the census refs. The absent spouse was a sea captain, so usually away.

Coincidence,

1900 directory, Edward Dunn, 24 Dingle Mount. Mariner.

1900 directory, Edward Dunn, Pier Master, Clarence Dock W

1894 directory, 29 Jacob St, Joseph Rankin, Cooper.

Wasn't their first born baptised Edward Rankin Dunn? Sept, 1894, 29 Jacob St.

Joseph Rankin, Cooper,
24 Jacob St Liverpool.

1881, RG11 P3642 F61 Page49
1891, RG12 P2930 F16 Page26

Joseph has a daughter, Laura, bn 1869, Liverpool, I haven't found a birth reg or Baptism for her. Could she be Laura Amelia Pearce who Edward married, possibly taken under Joseph's wing at some time.

Bert
I have done some more digging and am sure that Laura's father died in London, soon after the 1871 census.
Her baptism was as an adult, in Liverpool, which did not help. Only a marginal entry by the vicar or curate revealed this. [I nearly missed it but happened to change the view to include the page outside the columns.]
She also gave 'Poplar, London', and Liverpool as her birthplace in different censuses, and her birth was actually registered at Pancras, London in Q2 1868.
I am now convinced that she was adopted by the Rankins as you surmised.
The Rankins lived at 24 and 29 Jacob Street - moving was quite normal then, I think
Many thanks indeed for some inspired thoughts.
