Elmore Street, Netherfield, Everton?

In 1934 my late aunt was born at 10 Elmore Street, Netherfield - it has come to light that my best friend's fiance's great grandfather was living at 10 Elmore Street, Everton in 1911 (no relation) are they one and the same building / street - uncanny if they are!
