I would be most interested in knowing who lived at 32 Everton Terrace in 1919, or just before that, if anyone has access to that information. (Possibly Kathleen/Catherine Stott?) Thanks!

I believe it would need an individual look up of the street directories at that date, which are held at the library.

Thanks folks! If they ever put these street directories on-line it will be a big step forward.

You could try the only online resource we know of
http://cdm16445.contentdm.oclc.org/cdm/ ... 16445coll4
or I'll give Erika a shout and see if she will check her 1914 directory.

Thanks Mary - that's a remarkable collection! There seem to be plenty for Liverpool from early years but not for 1910 on. If Erica is able to do a quick check for 1914 that would be great - even finding John Davis still there would narrow the gap.

In 1914 directory at 32 Everton Terrace is Frederick Charles Smith a labourer.
I'll check for the other name, Stott, but an occupation could be helpful if possible

No sign of a Catherine/Kathleen Stott listed in 1914.
A little more information about her or other family members maybe useful.
Stott was a fairly common name in Birkenhead and Seacombe areas
Let me know if you want some more help

Thanks Mary - it doesn't look like any resident got too attached to that house!
