A missing death c 1881 onwards. Elizabeth

My Varley family has another brick wall.
To start at the beginning:--- Elizabeth Evans was born in Barmouth , Merionethshire. c 1816. Her parents, most probably, David Evans and Elizabeth Owens who were Weslyan. I cannot find her in the 1841 census. .
She married Samuel Harvey on 26 November 1845 at St John's Liverpool. I have this certificate. It was Samuel's second marriage. The first was to Ann Owens in 1840 at St Philip's Liverpool. Samuel was a tailor and draper.
1851 census . He was at 48 Hill St. Samuel and Elizabeth had 4 children that I know of. Elizabeth 1846; (my great grand mother); Margaret Ann 1848; died 1852; Joseph b 1850 d 1852; Samuel b 1853 died the same year . The last 3 were buried in the Wesleyan cemetery , Stanhope St.
Samuel Senior died 1860 buried Toxteth Cemetery. I have his death certificate.
Back to Elizabeth.
In the 1861 census, I can't find her but her daughter Elizabeth might be a servant in Huyton piece 2741 folio 64 page 6. With a family who were born in Westmoreland, which is were her father in law was married. This might be a coincidence, but they might have been helping a young widow out.
1871 I have found her again as Elizabeth Bannister wife of Banastre Bannister at Cottage Lane, Setcoth, Aughton. Piece 3870, Folio 8 page 9. Her daughter Elizabeth is with her.
I cannot find a marriage for her to Banastre between the 1861 and 1871 censuses.
She is still with this family in 1881 as Mrs Elizabeth Bannister aged 60, born Wales.
At Mayfield Cottage, Aughton.
Bonastre dies in 1882 and then I lose track of Elizabeth (senior). Her daughter married James Manchester (my Great grandfather) in 1878.
I got Banastre Bannister's will from TNA and it only mentions Elizabeth as "Mrs Manchester's mother" . The will was written in 1872 with a codicil dated 1878/80. It is in the codicil that Mrs Manchester and her mother are mentioned.
Can anybody help me find her in the missing censuses and her death. I like to bury my relatives. Thanks in anticipation
Lynne
Edit 1 sorry Bonnastre should have 2 'N;s
