Newbie is usually someone new to the forum, but it was given as a bride's address at a marriage in January 1857, performed at Holy Trinity, Walton Breck. The couple were Alfred North and Jane Lockwood, the bride's father was a vicar in Yorkshire.
Any clues about Newbie Terrace, please?

Snippet in the Liverpool Mercury, there are many, the Terrace was in Belmont Rd.

There was a Newbie pub in Whitefield Road. That's the only Newbie I can see on maps in that area. Here's Newbie Terrace (Belmont Road) in Gore's 1859 where Belmont Road may not necessarily be where it was but rather the general area where it was:-

...the piece of land ....bounded on the east by Belmont-road, on the north by Breck-road, and on the west by Larch-lea, with the 28 Dwelling Houses, known as Newbie-terrace....
