Hi. I have started yet again to research my family tree, or should I say forest as my
family is a mixture of English, Irish, Scots & Welsh, Plus a repitition of common male names and birth dates, but I supose this was normal fo the 17 & 18 hundreds.
Among my colection of census was one from 1841. it read. Address. Eaton Street Roberts Court, Liverpool. Head of household. Sarah Pearson age 40. Born Scotland.
John Pearson Age 20 Born Lancashire in the same year ? as 2 other Johns in Salford.
No mention of relationship of John to Sarah. There were 2 Children, Malcolm & Archibald.
Is there anyone else researching the Pearson clan. Cheers Bill

Hi.
I am having problems posting a reply. Is there a time limit on writing a reply?I often break off during the writing and when I come back the the laptop has gone into sleep mode and I have to log in again and the text disapears and I have to start again. Is it possible to paste text in?

Yes as Bert says, try copy and paste. It won't be the site logging you out if you have checked the "Keep me logged in" on the sign in page, but your laptop going to sleep would cause it if it's not checked.
