Johnson children baptisms

I would like to find baptisms for Johnson children. Elizabeth Johnson is my great grandmother, she was born on 29 Sep 1854, she is one of 7 children of Thomas Johnson and Sarah Gandy. Thomas and Sarah married on 24 Mar 1845 at Farnworth Widnes St Wilfrid (now St Luke) and they were shoemakers in Penketh. Elizabeth Johnson married Thomas Emmett at Bold St Wesleyan Chapel in Warrington on 13 Jul 1879. I cannot find any baptisms of these Johnson children but have all the birthdates as I found a list of them when I was clearing out family papers. I am wondering if they are non-conformist due to marriage in Wesleyan Chapel. I have tried a variety of churches on Lancashire parish Clerks, I would be grateful for any sort of helpful suggestion please.

Thank you very much, that's wonderful. I have been searching for ages! Is there a different way to look for non conformist baptisms? At least I was right in thinking they were Methodist! :D
