Widow's names on child's birth certificate

Hi all. I have a relative, Mary Ellen Holloway, who was born on 13th Jan 1853 at 33 Saint Andrew Street and registered in Mount Pleasant Liverpool. Father was Thomas Holloway, mother, Margaret Holloway 'late McDonald formerly Fleming'. Which order would the mother's details originally have been. Would she have been Margaret Fleming married a McDonald, or Margaret McDonald married a Fleming? Presumably after her husband died, she married Thomas.
I have had a look at Lancs OPC and FMP but cant see a record of either variation. I have looked at 33 Saint Andrew Street in the 1851 census but cannot see any Holloways living there at that time.
Many thanks as ever, John

Fleming was her maiden/birth name, "late" McDonald, her previous married name.
However she has used her maiden name, Fleming, when marrying as a widow to Thomas Holloway and her father has been recorded as Fleming.

Happy Easter Bertie, and many thanks for your help.
That makes sense when I see it. I notice that Thomas Holloway was a widower, but will have a look for those details.
Regards, John
