Can someone tell me where i would get information on baptisms. I am quite a few short in my research and some i am not 100% certain. I have started my family history again after having a few years break and have forgotten about lots of things.

If these are in Liverpool then at present the best place to search might be on Ancestry, unless you can get to the library, but then if you don't know which church they might have taken place that's a bit dicey.

Perhaps you can post some names with dates and parents names, together with the religion you think they might be and we'll try to help.

Don't forget my favourite site. Lancashire on line parish clerk. It is free and has lots of churches on it , but not all. Stood me in good stead when I started. Good luck Lynne
