We had a very quick trip to Liverpool today and on the M62(( just past the huge !!! blue Ikea building)) on the right hand side in a feild I caught a glimpse of a very large statue /monument( dont know which) of a White ladies head it looked really beautiful... am wondering if anyone on the forum knows what or who it represents ?
Thanks Ann

Re: White Lady
Thank you ....it was only a glimpse but I loved it...will have to take a trip and have a proper look....I also love Angel of the North and the sculptures on the beach at Crosby.

Re: White Lady
I usually see this statue from the opposite direction - ie coming from the Liverpool direction and unfortunately like many others think it looks rather like something else, I did get a shock the first time I saw it.
