Thank you for correcting the street name - not very clear on the certificate and yes her surname was Welsh. The maternal side of my family incudes Welsh or Walsh so that is why I sent for the certificate hoping it was one of my Grandmother's sisters but it was not to be. I have since found her. Its a pity I can't say the same for my Grandmother but I will get there.
