TGB's father Harold was at Fulwood Park, Liverpool in 1901 with family and servants, but not TGB.
Around 1908 Harold bought Grizedale Hall in Furness - near Hawkshead and so should be on the '11 census there, but TGB might have been on circuit if practising as a barrister, or even out of the country.
Errors in census transcriptions are another possibility.

In 1891 he was at 8 Gladdeth Road Llandudno Wales with a sister Katherine aged 6 and a brother Harold aged 1 being looked after by 2 nurses. Places of birth for the Brocklebanks are given as Aigburth. They are indexed as Brockelbank. They have 3 rooms in someone's house.

The reference is RG 4674 folio 49 page 20

The parents Thomas and Mary are still at 4 Fulwood Road in 1901. In 1881 they are at The Grange Higher Lane Halewood and in 1871 Harold is with his parents Thomas and Anne at Springwood Woolton Road Allerton.

Harold Brocklebank bought the Grizedale estate in 1903 and rebuilt the hall. This later became a POW officers camp in the 2nd World War and was the camp that featured in the film The one that got away. The hall was pulled down in 1957. It stood near were the present Grizedale Forest centre buildings are. They have or had an exhibition about the Hall and it's occupants.

These memorials are in Satterthwaite church www.satterthwaitepc.org.uk

In MCMX1 (tks D.S  ) census
I've found a Tom Brocklebank born Lpool
in South Stoneham Hants aged 27 1884c
Using freebies, I can't find anyone else listed with him.
