The front cover of this magazne depicts a woman. Can anyone tell me maybe who she is, but more importantly does her outfit represent something significant? Thank you for your help and excuse my ignorance.

Oh my word I immediately picked up my March issue and realised it wasn't what you were talking about.

It might take me a while to find the particular issue you refer to so could I ask if it's possible for you to scan the cover and post a copy of the picture. Also is there no mention of the picture inside the Journal, the cover is often given an explanation inside.
