Private Joseph Kemp-Cheshire Regiment

Post by Katie »

I am currently working on the casualty lists published October 1914. I have the following soldier whom appears in a list published 5th October 1914:-

5th-Nov-1914
Cheshire Regiment
Private
Joseph
8418
Kemp
Dislocated ciaricle/claricle-to England

I have tried to find out what his dislocated ciaricle/claricle is with no luck.

Now Joseph may not be from our area as I am only extracting soldiers from the Cheshires/Liverpools and South Lancashires and those who I know come from our area 1st/2nd West Lancs Field Ambulance.

Any Medical experts out there.

Could it be dislocated clavicle?

Dislocated collar bone. In the list it is spelt dislocated claricle. Thanks. These poor soldiers and it was just the start.
