Do other counties have a wonderful site like our On line parish council? I am particularly interested in Yorkshire and Westmorland.

There are similar sites to the "Online Parish Clerks" and one of the easiest ways is to either google that title or check the UKBMD site where there is a list of them. http://www.ukbmd.org.uk/online_parish_clerk
