I found a telephone listing for one Robert Anderson of "Knowsley Prescot" in the 1925 phone book, but no address with it beyond the above. Not much more I can help with, I'm afraid.

I have had the following info about Land Agents:
"there was a Land Agents' Society, and at some time it became chartered. It will have year books and records and the best place to start is probably with the library of the RICS as the LAS amalgamated with the RICS in about 1973. "
