Do you know any of these servicemen?

Post by MaryA »

I know I'm a bit late since these photographs were published for Remembrance Day, but better late than never if there is a chance we may recognise one.

To mark Remembrance Day, the Imperial War museum in London is exhibiting these 100 poignant portraits in an online exhibition.
And the museum is appealing to the public to help find out more about the servicemen to add to the little information that is known about the men.

What a handsome lot!

Mary
Thanks for posting that report. I was able to send IWM a note on one chaplain to the forces [no local links], but could not identify others.

I'm sure every little detail counts, I'm glad you had something.
