Cremation records

Post by dennison »

Wow, first time I have had to enquire at a council for help tracing a cremation, £30..... WOW, had fantastic help from Denbighshire Archives, unable to find a grave so suggested I try the council cremation records, is this the going rate for look ups or is it just a one off ?

Is this charge for Liverpool Cremation Records? Anfield Cremation records are available on Microfilm at Liverpool Archives. Springwood records are still at the Crematorium.

I will tell you Katie's motto, and it's worked for me so don't overlook it - check the newspaper first for obituaries.

It depends on the council, which crematorium are you asking about and which year?
