Names Decipher

Can I have some opinions on these names. I think the bottom could say Mary Costolo. Could the top be Patt Laury?

I think it's Tierney or Turney going by other entries.

Tiarney and Costolo - in the writer's mind perhaps the way he has translated Tierney and Costello?

The usual English way of saying Costello, as in 'Abbott &' with the accent on the 'ell' part, but is the Irish way to slur the 'ell', sounding like Cost'lo?
