Is there any way of finding information on the residents of Bentinck Street in the 50's and 60's? My husband remembers visiting two elderly ladies there but not much more. I know it's a long shot but I have every confidence in you all!
Many thanks
Barbara

I recently came across a 1952 Gores Directory for Preston. These are the entries that came up for Bentinck Street

That's wonderful! I really thought we were clutching at straws. You never cease to amaze me.
Many thanks, Mary. We'll be spending the rest of the afternoon taxing my husband's brains to see if anything rings a bell.
Thank you
Barbara
